English: We are looking for professionals, young families or digital nomads. We are subletting our beautiful, bright, and spacious 3-room apartment in Moabit incl 2 bikes. The apartment was newly renovated before we moved in 8 months ago. The kitchen was custom-built by us, featuring a slightly higher countertop. It’s fully stocked with stainless steel cookware and non-plastic utensils. The living room has a large dining table, and there’s a balcony. The bedroom has a king-size bed ( cm) and a large wardrobe (photo only by request). The office/guest room/second bedroom has a queen-size bed ( cm). The bathroom includes a washing machine. The apartment is nicely furnished with lots of plants, making it perfect for a couple, a small family, or two friends. We prefer in-person viewings, but online viewings are also possible. The location is ideal: short walk to the M10 tram, U9, and the Ringbahn at Westhafen. Buses are right outside the door. A beautiful park and the Vabali Spa are just 2 minutes away. Sie ist voll ausgestattet mit Kochgeschirr aus rostfreiem Stahl und plastikfreien Utensilien. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen großen Esstisch, und es gibt einen Balkon. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett ( cm) und einen großen Kleiderschrank (Fotos auf Anfrage). Das Büro/Gästezimmer/zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett ( cm). Das Bad ist mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und mit vielen Pflanzen ausgestattet, so dass sie sich perfekt für ein Paar, eine kleine Familie oder zwei Freunde eignet. Wir bevorzugen persönliche Besichtigungen, aber Online-Besichtigungen sind auch möglich. Die Lage ist ideal: kurze Wege zur Straßenbahn M10, zur U9 und zur Ringbahn am Westhafen. Busse fahren direkt vor der Tür. Ein schöner Park und das Vabali Spa sind nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Ein großer Edeka-Supermarkt ist nur 9 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
