This is a good sized cozy flat for 3-4 person or a couple with kids visiting town for a month. It's has a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage, living room with a couch and balcony, and a third room with a large table, a double mattress on the floor and a smaller balcony. The Kitchen has all necessary amenities (oven, blender, kettle, stove, fridge, freezer, etc.). Plants can be found everywhere for a nice atmosphere, and it's part of our deal that you take good care of them while here. :) If you're interested, please write a message to me describing a bit of yourself and why do you need to stay at the flat for this period. That would be great! I will receive interested people in the flat for a view starting soon, and if we have a deal we will sign together a little contract of responsibility for taking care of the place, including all the values of rent and deposit so you also have a documentation on your side.
