This completely renovated two-room apartment is located in a listed villa in Frontenhausen. It is a spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a bright bathroom. The apartment can accommodate up to four people and features a comfortable, luxurious hotel bed, just like in a five-star hotel. In the living room, next to the round dining table for four, there is a large and comfortable sofa bed. The sofa bed, with its 160 x 200 cm mattress, sleeps two people. A large smart TV is also located in the living room. (PLEASE NOTE: The TV will only be available from mid/late April.) From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace/balcony, which offers space for an outdoor dining table. In the stylish bedroom, our guests will find an extra-large double bed (180 x 200 cm) for restful nights. The blackout curtains ensure a quiet and private atmosphere for a good night's sleep. A chest of drawers and a wardrobe offer ample storage space for clothes. There is also a desk with a reading lamp in the sleeping area. The spacious kitchen provides a room for cooking together. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In addition to the Nespresso coffee machine, there is a toaster and a kettle. Here you will find everything you need to prepare something delicious. The bathroom features a large shower, a bathtub, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and hand soap. Two towels in different sizes are provided on the bed for each guest. The bath mat is located in the bathroom. The entire apartment has underfloor heating.
