Renovated in August 2023, the apartment can accommodate up to three people and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. With its own parking space and the option of self-check-in, the accommodation offers maximum flexibility.

The apartment "Seenähe" offers a freshly renovated and modernly furnished apartment on 40 square meters. The large balcony invites you to linger, while the modern toilet bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, towels, soap and shampoo. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your meals, including a coffee machine with capsules for a great start to the day. The comfortable queen-size bed (160 x 200) and the cozy sofa bed (120 x 190) offer plenty of space to relax. Other amenities include a Smart TV with cable connection and Disney+, a large wardrobe, a desk and free WiFi. There is also a private parking space at the house and a lockable bicycle cellar. A cot and a high chair can be provided on request, and a washing machine is also available free of charge.
Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator - the staircase is very wide and spacious, however!

The apartment is located in a quiet side street of an apartment building, just 300 meters from the beautiful Liblar Lake. In summer, the lake invites you to a refreshing day of swimming, and the beautiful paths along the shore are worth a stroll at all other times of the year too. For longer hikes or bike tours, the numerous other lakes, ponds and forest huts in the area offer a wide range of options.
The "Seenähe" apartment is the ideal starting point for many excursions. A visit to the Phantasialand amusement park, which is only 12 minutes away by car and 45 minutes by public transport, is particularly recommended. The cities of Cologne and Bonn are also easily accessible from the apartment - just 30 minutes' drive from Cologne city center and just 35 minutes from Bonn.

Im Sommer lädt der See zu einem erfrischenden Schwimmtag ein, und auch zu allen anderen Jahreszeiten sind die schönen Wege am Ufer entlang einen Spaziergang wert. Für längere Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren bieten die zahlreichen weiteren Seen, Weiher und Waldhütten in der Umgebung vielfältige Möglichkeiten.
