The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a huge roof terrace of 35 sqm.
All around are large window fronts and the apartment gets a lot of light.
The apartment also comes with an underground parking space for your car. So you miss parking tickets and expensive parking meters! It couldn't be more comfortable ;)
Although the apartment is very centrally located, you will be amazed how quiet it is inside.
The roof terrace with Fatboy hammock and seating invites you to chill out.
The apartment was completely renovated in November 2018.
All rooms have Sonos speakers so you can start the day in the shower with your favourite songs or relax in the bathtub in the evening.
The 55" LED Flatscreen TV in the living room has Netflix and Amazon Prime. The 46" in the bedroom also ;) .
The high-quality real wood parquet does not only look beautiful, but also feels pleasantly warm, because I oiled it and didn't varnish it.
The heating runs automatically (but you can also control it manually, just set your temperature and the rest "loift" ;) .
A small design highlight are the handmade solid wood window sills from a whole trunk of "BrettArt" from Hamburg.
The kitchen is completely equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, which makes cappuccino at the push of a button and everything else you could need. Coffee, milk & tea are also available. Also, of course, fresh and high quality bed linen, towels and soap.
Entrance
From the hallway you enter the guest room on the right, the large bedroom straight ahead on the right, the living room straight ahead on the left and the bathroom on the left.
The living room
The 40 sqm living room is the core of the apartment. Here you will find an oversized, comfortable couch where you can make yourself comfortable. The modern, large 55" TV comes with Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as the most important TV programs for streaming, Youtube & Vimeo.
In the living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom there are Sonos loudspeakers, which are networked with each other. So you can listen to music on your smartphone in the whole apartment.
Kitchen
The kitchen is open to the living room. It is a high-quality kitchen with brand name appliances. If you feel like cooking, you'll find everything you need here. Ceran cooking surface and oven, pans, pots, nice plates & enough cutlery. The same goes for a fully automatic coffee machine that makes cappuccino at the touch of a button. Water boiler & tea. I always leave a certain basic equipment so that you can arrive first. If you want to shop, supermarkets and many small, rustic greengrocers are right around the corner and sometimes open until 10 pm. 7 minutes walk away is the main station, where a supermarket is open 7 days a week from 6 am to 11 pm.
Behind the kitchen is a storage room with a new, modern washing machine and a separate dryer if you are in a hurry.
The Master Bedroom
In my large bedroom you will find a 180 cm wide, large and very comfortable luxury box spring bed. I also have a cm down duvet. It couldn't be more cuddly. In addition you have a Philipps light alarm clock to wake up pleasant and another large flat screen TV with free Netflix and Amazon Prime access.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with high-quality real wood furniture. The Grohe rain forest shower and the high water pressure let you start the day well with the shower. If you like, you can turn on the Sonos speakers from your bed with your smartphone before you get up and have your favourite music in every room.
Of course, you'll find towels, soap and a hair dryer in the bathroom.
Guest room
The guest room is equipped with a 140cm wide sofa bed.

Aber Vorsicht: Die überdimensionale Couch, das 180 cm Breite Luxus-Boxspringbett, der 55 Zoll TV mit Netflix, super schnelles Internet und die Sonos Lautsprecher in allen Räumen könnten euch davon abhalten, die Hamburger Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden oder in den Restaurants um die Ecke zu schlemmen ;) .
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock und hat eine riesige, 35 qm große Dachterasse.
Rundherum sind große Fensterfronten und die Wohnung bekommt sehr viel Licht ab.
Die Wohnung kommt auch mit einem Tiefgaragen Platz für euer Auto. So entgeht ihr Parktickets und teuren Parkuhren! Komfortabler geht's nicht ;)
Obwohl die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist, werden ihr erstaunt sein, wie ruhig es im Inneren ist.
Die Dachterasse mit Fatboy Hängematte und Sitzgelegenheit laden zum Chillen ein.
Die Wohnung wurde im November 2018 komplett renoviert.
In allen Räumen sind Sonos Lautsprecher, so könnt ihr den Tag unter der Dusche mit euren Lieblingssongs starten oder abends in der Badewanne entspannen.

Eingangsbereich
Vom Flur geht es ab in das Gästezimmer rechts, das große Schlafzimmer geradeaus rechts, das Wohnzimmer geradeaus links und das Badezimmer links.
Das Wohnzimmer
Das 40 qm Wohnzimmer ist der Kern der Wohnung. Hier findet ihr eine übergroße, bequeme Couch, auf der ihr es euch gemütlich machen könnt. Der moderne, große 55" Fernseher kommt mit Netflix und Amazon Prime sowie den wichtigsten TV Programmen zum streamen, Youtube & Vimeo.
In Wohnzimmer, der Küche, Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind Sonos Lautsprecher, welche miteinander vernetzt sind. So könnte ihr über euch Smartphone in der ganzen Wohnung Musik hören.
Küche
Die Küche ist offen zum Wohnzimmer gestaltet. Es handelt sich um eine hochwertige, mit Markengeräten ausgestattete Wohnküche. Wenn ihr Lust habt zu kochen, so findet ihr hier wirklich alles, was ihr brauchen könntet. Ceran Kochfläche und Backofen, Pfannen, Töpfe, schöne Teller & ausreichend Besteck. Ebenso ein Kaffee Vollautomat, der auf Knopfdruck Cappuccino macht. Wasserkocher & Tee. Ich lasse immer eine gewissen Grundausstattung da, damit ihr erst mal ankommen könnt. Wenn ihr einkaufen wollt, Supermärkte und viele kleine, urige Gemüsehändler sind direkt ums Eck und teilweise bis 22 Uhr auf. 7 Fußminuten entfernt ist der Hauptbahnhof, wo ein Supermarkt 7 Tage die Woche von 6 bis 23 Uhr geöffnet hat.
Hinter der Küche ist eine Abstellkammer mit einer neuen, modernen Waschmaschine und ein separater Trockner, falls ihr es mal eilig habt.
Der Master Bedroom
In meinem großen Schlafzimmer findet ihr ein 180 cm breites, großes und sehr bequemes Luxus Boxspringbett. Dazu habe ich eine cm große Daunen Bettdecke. Kuscheliger geht's nicht. Dazu habt ihr einen Philipps Lichtwecker zum angenehmen wach werden und einen weiteren großen Flatscreen TV mit kostenlosem Netflix und Amazon Prime Zugang.
Badezimmer
Das Badezimmer ist mit hochwertigen Echtholzmöbeln ausgestattet. Die Grohe Regenwaldbrause und der hohe Wasserdruck lassen euch bei der Dusch gut in den Tag starten. Wenn ih mögt, macht ihr euch die Sonos Lautsprecher schon vor dem Aufstehen vom Bett aus mit dem Smartphone an und habt so eure Lieblingsmusik in allen Räumen.
Natürlich findet ihr im Bad Handtücher, Seife und einen Fön.
Gästezimmer
Das Gästezimmer ist zweckmäßig mit einem 140cm breiten Schlafsofa ausgestattet.
