English: Welcome to my great cozy apartment in Hamburg Eppendorf. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has 48 square meters spread over two rooms (plus kitchen and bathroom) and a balcony.
In the living room there is a TV as well as a W-LAN speaker. The fully equipped kitchen has a large American fridge and freezer, a stove with oven, a kettle, an espresso machine and a washing machine. A home office spot can also be set up at the large dining table if required. A docking station, screen and keyboard are also available.
Both the living room and the bedroom are quietly located towards the inner courtyard. The bedroom has a bed and a projector so that you can watch series or movies from the comfort of the bed.
The bathroom has a shower and a window.
Hayns Park and several excellent cafés and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
The entire apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and has lots of green plants. As these are very important to me, I am very grateful that you are taking care of them. :-)
