Miete 1 Schlafzimmer wohnung von 60 m² in Berlin

This is my dream flat in the center of Berlin. You'll feel the creative flow in this flat, with great style and cozy lighting. Superb coffee and great places to eat and work are just around the corner.
This place is perfect for getting a feeling for "real" life in Berlin, not just the tourist streets... Long term travelers and digital nomads can also enjoy this flat a lot :) I provide all the essentials and for anything extra you might desire there is a shop close by!
The apartment is very stylish and cozy and you'll fall in love with the lighting once it's getting dark.
Main attraction is of course the beautiful indoor staircase which never fails to delight me.
Being a music producer and creative, it is very important to me to have an inspiring place to stay at while I'm traveling :)

There is one big bed with soft and cozy sheets, a comfy couch where a third person can sleep, another sleeping couch that is , towels, a very inspiring desk and chairs and some beautiful artworks on the wall. I think max 3 people is comfortable, 5 would be somehow possible for a weekend if you ask in advance, but definitely not for the full period of the rental.
In the kitchen, you have the ability to cook, open wine and beer bottles and use what you can see on the pictures! But let's be honest, you won't have to cook cause there is plenty of great food options here in Berlin :) Please only use the coffee machine, if you know how to and take good care of it, keeping it clean immediately after use!
Something to mention about the flat: it's two separate rooms and you cannot shut a door in between as it is a maisonette. Upstairs are living room and kitchen, downstairs bedroom and bathroom, so if you are three people you have to walk through the other's room to go pee in the night - not a big deal, but I did want to mention it :)
You'll be by yourself! So you have one living room, one bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom all to yourself :)
You'll have a washing machine, hairdryer, umbrella, fast wifi all ready for you!
The neighborhood has a big turkish / arabic influence, but all sorts of people live here. You will live surrounded by locals, not other tourists which is really nice in my opinion. Underground U8 can sometimes also have peculiar people on it, but you can also take Sbahn, Tram, Busses from here :)
This is a very lively, up and coming area with great coffee place / restaurant very close by and a good feeling of real life in Berlin.
Lots of locals here and when you know the right spots you'll be able to meet super friendly people and get REAL insider tips :)
I love it here because most tourists stick to certain areas of the city, which means that you can get a feeling for real life in Berlin when you stay here.
I'm guessing it's only a matter of time that this part of the center will get more gentrified, so come stay in this area before it's too late :)
You can walk around the small river here, it's very green and lovely. And you can easily access Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte, Kreuzberg, etc all your favourite spots you might want to explore!
Parking is quite tricky in Berlin, there are spots but getting one is a bit of a hit or miss (at least for me when I borrow shared cars)
