More U-Bahn, Strassenbahn, and bus connections are all within easy walking or cycling distance. By car, the A661, A3, and A5 are 5-10 minutes away. Heilsberg has a modern sports center with restaurant (5 minutes’ walk), two grocery stores (15 minutes’ walk), a bakery, bank, pharmacy, café, wine shop, and more.

Testimonial from first renter, Michael, 57, UK:
"I lived in the garden apartment from Aug 2019 - March 2020. It is a wonderful place to live - peaceful yet very connected; tastefully decorated and extremely well facilitated, with beautiful views towards the Taunus mountains and Frankfurt city that make one aware just how accessible everything is, whatever your needs, whether it’s an urban buzz or just tranquil countryside with walkers, horses and even deer. If you don't want to venture far, the garden is a lovely place to sit and take in the stunning sunsets. The night time views of the city are incredible and it was lovely to sit on the veranda, enjoying the evening sun, taking in the colours and the wonderful air. I usually cycled into work through the fields: in 15 minutes I was in Frankfurt but if I wanted to use public transport, I had multiple options also. Bad Vilbel with all its shops was even closer. The owners were always on hand to advise, generously sharing depth knowledge of Frankfurt and Germany when needed and always willing to help.
The living space is so well thought through that I hated leaving it. It is compact but somehow spacious with the clever use of space to separate day and night time living. There is an amazing, all-singing-all dancing oven that bakes bread just as easily as it converts into a microwave. There is also an induction hob that is brilliantly well built in and made cooking a joy. The shower room is well put together with lovely tiling and a roomy shower. The bedroom is so peaceful with the blackout blinds … the underfloor heating throughout the apartment makes every square centimeter of this space a joy to inhabit."
Testimonial from Johannes, 30, from Germany:
"We can highly recommend this apartment for a single or couple. It's absolutely beautiful, on the edge of Bad Vilbel in a quiet and well-maintained neighborhood and wonderfully connected to Frankfurt by car, train, or bicycle. The apartment is really well designed and equipped. The kitchen has everything one needs, including a baking oven with microwave function. The electrical window blinds are really practical, and so is the bedroom window with an insect screen. In the cozy bedroom there's a desk with a gorgeous view into the green hills and towards the Frankfurt skyline, making the apartment excellent for home office work. The washing machine is practical. The living room with kitchen has a large table that can be used as a dining table or a second work space. From there, you can enjoy the view out over the Taunus mountains. Directly out the door there are fields and an apple orchard with many trails and paths, for a round of jogging or a stroll, for example during a lunch break. A small supermarket for everyday needs is 5 minutes away. The landlady is extremely helpful, friendly, and reliable. She provides all the tips and recommendations you need, for example shopping and restaurants, and is always reachable. All together we can strongly recommend the apartment, especially for people who need to work in Frankfurt but enjoy spending their evenings and weekends in green rural surroundings. We enjoyed the time in the garden apartment very much and will remember our time there very fondly."
