The ground floor consists of a well equipped kitchen with dining area, a new and fancy bathroom with shower, and a living room with a work place, sofa, tv and stove. Wifi is provided.
On the upper floor you will find two bedrooms (one single, one double) and a reading corner.
In the adjacent building is a laundry room with washers and tumblers for your convenience.
You can wander the 2.5 acres garden at any time and make use of a grill hut (if available) and other things. Moreover, from May to October you are invited to use the heated outside pool (4 x 8 m) on the premises.
Parking is provided in front of the abode.
Hamburg and Bremen are in a 45 min distance (car). The airports (HAM and BRE) are in 75-90 min driving distance.There are also regular trains from Tostedt (10 mins to station, free parking) which take 30 mins to Hamburg central or 45 mins to Bremen.
Tostedt is also the main shopping venue.

In absoluter Alleinlage zwischen Wiesen, Feldern und Mooren wohnt Ihr in der Casa Angres auf 2 Etagen im Haupthaus einer mehr als hundert Jahre alten Hofstelle. Im EG findet Ihr eine umfassend ausgestattete Wohnküche, von dort oder über den Flur gelangt Ihr ins helle Wohnzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz, Sitzecke, TV und Kaminofen. Im EG ist ein modernes Badezimmer mit großzügiger Dusche,
im OG befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und eine kleine Leseecke.
Das gesamte Parkgrundstück von einem Hektar inklusive Grillhütte darf genutzt werden. Außerdem steht von Mai bis Oktober ein beheizter Außenpool (4 x 8 m) auf dem Gelände zur Verfügung.
Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor der Unterkunft.
Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 45 min nach Hamburg oder Bremen und vom Bahnhof Tostedt verkehrt mehrfach stündlich ein Nahverkehrszug nach Hamburg Hbf. (30 min) oder Bremen Hbf. (45 min.), Parken am Bahnhof kostenlos.
Die Flughäfen HAM und BRE sind ca. 75-90 min entfernt.
Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls in Tostedt.
