English: Looking for an reliable and super neat female, who like to make her temporary home in the area of Rathaus Schöneberg asap. Its a sunny, fully equipped home with all you need for your stay. 1,5 rooms, lushious views and friendly neighbourhood (I keep the small room for my personal belongings, but you will have the entire flat for yourself, cause I will travel). Out of religious reasons I can’t have the consumption of pork at my place. Public, library, cafes, restaurants, bars, plenty of parks everything is in walking distance :-)
This is a drugfree place and a plant lover must. Deposit is the same as the rent. Extension of stay might be possible, I have to check with my landlord and myself. This is a colorful flat, decoratively setted, every room gives a great vibe to enjoy, relax and feel well. The usage of the balcony is at the moment not recommended, cause of maintenance reasons outside. If I have to cancel my trip out of extremely important reasons, than I would stay in my small bedroom and we would share the flat for that time or you would have the option of leaving. With the flatsharing there would be a fair decrease of the pricing. As I will be gone, I will be still in reach for your questions.
