We have 3 individual bed rooms, where 5 persons can sleep. A cozy living room, a small balcony.
250Mbit WLAN, Flat Screen LG Smart TV with HDMI cable, Towels and blankets are available, dryer and washing machine in the basement.
Sülz is located in a family friendly part of the town with a traditional flair and lots of bars, cafés and shopping stores in close proximity.
5 out of 10 football stadiums can be reached by car: 2,5 h max. or public transportation
20 min. with the bike to the Rhein-Energy Stadion
2 min. to the next tram station
10 min. to the Autobahn
Within a 5 minute walk you have playgrounds for children, shopping stores, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
It´s a student living community, so please be aware that we have a very basic flat to rent!
Personal belongings will be removed, when you are moving in!
