Welcome to our friendly apartment on the "schäl Sick".

Buchheim, a district of Mühlheim and therefore Cologne, is an up-and-coming trendy district with very good infrastructure

Here you will find everything: shops for daily needs, restaurants of all kinds, parks, sports facilities and everything can be easily reached on foot.

Our apartment is very well connected to local and long-distance transport, in the countryside.

From here you can reach the city center with Cologne's landmarks in a few minutes by bus, S-Bahn or tram.

The tram, S-Bahn and bus station are within walking distance, as are rental cars and rental stations for bicycles and scooters.

You will live in a bright, sunny, quiet room that is largely separated from my rooms.

We have triple-glazed windows, when the windows are closed you can't hear anything from outside.

In your room, in addition to a bed, desk, armchair, cupboards, lamps, there is also a refrigerator, stove and microwave, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils and dishes, so that you can prepare meals without any problems.
Internet, you can register your own DSL connection, our previous tenant did that too and it is possible without any problems. I will provide a modem for a small fee for the transition.
You share the bathroom, toilet and hallway with me and my little cat.
I provide bed linen and towels.
The room is lockable.
You are responsible for cleaning your room yourself. You have your own vacuum cleaner.
Cleaning of the common rooms every 14 days is subject to a fee.
The washing machine can be used for a fee.

Registration of residence with the city of Cologne is mandatory.

Please note that I only accept bookings from individuals.

The apartment is large, but would be too full with more people if you consider that I also live there. You can have friends stay with me for a few hours if you let me know in advance, but no overnight guests are allowed.

Costs: rent 868 euros (includes cleaning of the common rooms every 14 days) / 2 months' rent deposit/100 euros internet deposit/the internet can be registered via DSL by the tenant. Otherwise a small prepaid modem would be provided.
