The recently built apartment has optimal equipment for immediate occupancy. The kitchen and all furniture are brand new.
Due to the location in the front building and the associated 2 balconies, which overlook the Spree, a metropolitan feeling is conveyed. The cut of the apartment allows for a sun-drenched flair, which makes the apartment feel very spacious.
The apartment is also accessible via an elevator in the rear of the building complex.
