The flat is located in a very quiet courtyard between Olympiapark and Luitpoldpark (both 5 minutes by foot)
It's fully furnished including cutlery, pots etc.
Underground car park (Tiefgarage, kein duplex) is also included
Excellent public transport connection:
- Tram (Gartenstraße) 1 min
- U-Bahn (Petuelring) 6 min; Scheidplatz 10 minutes
The neighbors are very quiet and so should be the new tenant. I am looking for someone who treats my flat and furniture responsible for the period.
Partys, music instruments, children, pets are unfortunately not suitable.
