All windows are equipped with electric shutters, the bathroom has additional floor heating. The apartment has a terrace and a parking space.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all household appliances.

Showcase cabinet, a corner sofa (possibly a third sleeping place) with a small table.

The apartment is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, about 2 km from the center of Wiehl and directly on the Bergische Panoramasteig.
All shopping facilities are in Wiehl. There are restaurants, doctors and specialists, a modern indoor swimming pool and many leisure facilities.
The freeway connection to the A4 is approx. 7 km away and the distance to Cologne, Bonn and Siegen is approx. 50 km.
German: Unsere schöne Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer, einer Einbau-Küche mit Essplatz, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne, bodengleicher Dusche und und einem Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine. Alle Fenster sind mit elektrischen Rolläden ausgestattet, das Badezimmer hat zusätzlich eine Fußbodenheizung. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Terrasse und ein PKW Stellplatz.
Die Einbau-Küche ist vollausgestattet mit Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Dunstabzugshaube, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher und gesamtem Hausstand.

In Wiehl sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt Restaurants, Ärzte Und Fachärzte, ein modernes Hallenbad und viele Freizeiteinrichtung.
Der Autobahnanschluss zur A4 ist ca. 7 Km entfernt.Die Entfernung nach Köln, Bonn und Siegen beträgt ca. 50 km.
