It is equipped with a Smart TV with all accesses for Netflix and Co. The living area offers enough space and comfort for cozy hours. In the anteroom of the living room there is a modern, comfortable foldaway bed (1.4 m) equipped with an Emma One mattress. Nothing stands in the way of working from home. WLAN is of course available and can be used free of charge. Opaque curtains offer protection from the sun.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a bathroom block for storing cosmetics. The washing machine is hidden behind a curtain in the hallway. Towels can be dried on the towel rail or on the clothes horse in the apartment. The mirror above the washbasin has separate lighting with a bright light color.
The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires and can be supplemented on request with things that our guests would like. Simply get in touch with us if required.

Zur Standardausrüstung gehören eine Erstausstattung an Gewürzen, Kaffee, Filtertüten und Kochutensilien. Die Küche besitzt einen Herd mit Ofen und Ceranfeld und eine Kühl-, Gefrierkombination. Zudem verfügt Sie über einen Tresen mit 2 Stühlen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich 3.OG eines ruhigen Mehrfamilienhauses inmitten einer zugleich zentralen und beschaulichen Siedlung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Gastronomie, eine Postfiliale, etc. sind in weniger als 3 Fahrminuten erreichbar. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus und in den Nachbarstraßen vorhanden.
