It's an ideal fit for two people but we have in the past also rented it to families of 3 or 4 people. Pets are allowed upon request.

On the lower floor, it has:
- a kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, plates, pots,...

- a separate guest toilet
- big living / dining room with a corner workspace and a comfortable sleeper couch that sleeps an additional two people (been used as a proper bed in the past)
