Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi. We’re sure you’re curious about your future flatmates! Typically, they are international students or young professionals aged 20 to 35 who enjoy the experience of shared living. Please note that each room is for single occupancy, with guests allowed for a maximum of five days per month. When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.
