Our idyllic house is somewhat secluded in the garden of the main house, offering a peaceful retreat despite its proximity to the city. With 122 square meters of living space, the house comfortably accommodates up to four people. It features 3 bedrooms, each with its own workspace. An additional workspace is also available in the living room. The house is bright and spacious thanks to its many (sky) windows. The ground floor comprises the kitchen and open-plan living room, as well as a guest toilet with a washing machine and dryer, and a pantry under the stairs (a nod to Harry Potter). The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, and an espresso machine. Upstairs, you'll find the three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. The kitchen and living room have direct access to the lovely garden with raised beds and berry bushes. Three terraces (living room, kitchen, and garden entrance) offer sun or shade depending on the position of the sun and your needs. The garden is furnished with comfortable upholstered furniture, a barbecue, and a fire pit. The entire apartment has efficient underfloor heating, ensuring a pleasant warmth in winter. The apartment has fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a record/CD player. Toys and books, and a generously stocked games cupboard keeps your kids entertained. Musical talents can be explored on an electronic drum kit, guitar, or keyboard upon request. The surroundings: The house is idyllically situated yet close to the city center in the beautiful Berlin district of Wilhelmsruh-Rosenthal (Pankow). The local infrastructure is excellent, especially for families: playgrounds, schools, kindergartens, woods, and ponds are all within walking distance, as are supermarkets, a weekly market, libraries, doctors, a pharmacy, flower shops, and various bakeries. The public transport takes you to Berlin's city center (Prenzlauer Berg, Alexanderplatz, Potsdamer Platz) in about 20-25 minutes. By bicycle or car, you can reach the outskirts of Berlin in just a few minutes. Excursions into nature are easily arranged, for example, to the beautiful Lübars (Berlin's oldest village) or the Tegeler Fließ. Guest access: Entire accommodation including garden and bicycle shed.
