There is a separate kitchen, separate bedroom and a bright living room. Old building and freshly renovated. It has absolutely everything you need to feel comfortable (also laundry detergent, towels and sheets if required). So you can come with basically only a suitcase. There is also a TV, it’s in the living room behind the photography in the right corner. Location: can’t get any better in Berlin + you have everything within a 5 min walk (tram, supermarket, pharmacy, book shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, barber, hair salon,…..). The highlight is the weekend marked every Saturday which ist 1 min walking distance. German: Wunderschöne und ruhige Wohnung im Kollwitzkiez für Kurzzeitmiete im Januar und Februar oder Februar und März 2025. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gemütlich, ruhig und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt eine separate Küche, ein separates Schlafzimmer und ein helles Wohnzimmer. Altbau und frisch renoviert. Es ist alles vorhanden, was Sie brauchen, um sich wohl zu fühlen (auch Waschmittel, Handtücher und Bettwäsche, falls erforderlich). Sie können also im Grunde nur mit einem Koffer kommen. Es gibt auch einen Fernseher, er befindet sich im Wohnzimmer hinter der Fotografie in der rechten Ecke. Lage: besser geht es nicht in Berlin + man hat alles innerhalb von max. 5 min zu Fuß (Straßenbahn, Supermarkt, Apotheke, Buchläden, Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Friseur, .....). Das Highlight ist der Wochenendmarkt jeden Samstag, der nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt ist.
