There are many shops, a gas station, a place to relax, and a very good swimming lake. From the house, you can reach two motorways (A9 and A38) in 5 minutes, and another within 10 minutes (A14). This makes them very centrally located in the Central Germany region. Leipzig city center can also be reached by S-Bahn in 20 minutes without a car.
