If you want to live in a space that gives you a lot of room, without any traffic noise, and all the necessary amenities, this is your new temporary home. This newly renovated, spacious studio apartment with kitchen and bathroom offers you plenty of space to get on the mat on the wooden floor to relax from a long day of work or sightseeing. Or if you are more the quiet reader, a comfortable armchair is just the right spot to put your feet up. You also have full access to the closet to store your clothes. (The piano and guitar shown in the pictures are not part of the inventory.) The apartment is located in the northern part of Friedrichshain, just a stone's throw away from four different Trams / "Straßenbahnen" that will lead you into all directions: Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, southern part of Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg as well as further east towards Lichtenberg. With just a 10-minute walk, you will get to the S-Bahn ring which circles around the whole inner city. There are plenty of supermarkets close-by, most of which are open until 10pm or 11pm, as well as heaps of "Spätis" / late-night kiosks. For a relaxing Sunday stroll or just hanging out with some friends, there is the huge "Volkspark Friedrichshain" right around the corner. Still, besides the great infrastructure, you won't hear any traffic from the apartment, because it is located in the second courtyard of the building, far away from the street.
