Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 18 m² in Berlin

English: Beautiful apartment with stylish furnishings and lots of plants. A very friendly cat lives in the apartment and needs to be looked after. The apartment has east and west sides, is 58 m2 in size and has two equally sized rooms as well as a winter garden with morning sun. I am looking for an animal loving absolutely reliable person who plans to be in Berlin most of the time. The room can be be rented from Nov 5 until Dec 31.
German: Schöne Wohnung mit stilvoller Einrichtung und vielen Pflanzen. In der Wohnung lebt eine sehr freundliche Katze, die betreut werden muss. Die Wohnung hat Ost- und Westseite, ist 58 m2 groß und hat zwei gleich große Zimmer sowie einen Wintergarten mit Morgensonne. Ich suche eine tierliebe, absolut zuverlässige Person, die plant, die meiste Zeit in Berlin zu sein. Das Zimmer kann vom 5. November bis 31. Dezember gemietet werden.
