English: This is my office / second home when I am in munich. When I know I am not coming for a month, I am happy to subrent my place.
All designed with nice designer furniture: Bed 1,80 * 200 Meter, Sofa, Armchair, Conference / Dining Table with room for 8 people. Second table in the kitchen.
Kitchen fully equipt with dishwasher and Jura Coffee Maker.
Bathroom with nice rainshower, washer and dryer.
You find everything you need at my place. Because I just subrent for soome weeks, I will make space in the wardrobe - but some of my cloth will be in the appartment.
In the rent is one cleaning per month included if you treat my cleaning lady nice.
German: This is my office location where I meet with clients and sleep when I am in Munich. I carefully picked the interior and sub-rent only when I am not coming for some weeks.
I have a nice bed 1,80 * 2,00 and COR designer furniture. Sofa, Armchair, Dining / Conference Table, Kitchen Table.
Fully equipted kitchen, with Jura coffee maker, and mircowave.
Bathroom includes washing maschine and dryer. You find all what you need in my apartment. Because of the short term rent - some of my stuff will be in the wardrobe, but also plenty of stuff for your items.
Rent is including one cleaning per month.
