1 room apartment of 100 m² in Berlin

English: Extremely well located in Berlin Mitte, this is THE NEIGHBORHOOD you want to be in. It’s a lovely 5 min walk to Museum Island. The neighborhood is full of fantastic restaurants and casual cafes with great coffee and croissants. The apartment itself has all white floors with a morning sunlit balcony off of the kitchen and afternoon sun in the living room and master bedroom. Quite charming — for art book lovers a real treat as the apartment is filled with great art books and a ton of great English books as well, for literary fiction and nonfiction lovers alike. Artworks young and old are everywhere in the apartment including my own sculpture of a nose which doubles as a red-light lamp at night. Rentable bikes are available for getting around town and the metro is one block away for getting over to Charlottenburg or out for a night in Kreuzberg. Two small parks are also near, Monbijou and Weinsberger Park. If jogging, Tiergarten, Europe’s largest greenery in a city, is also about a 22 min jog from here through Mitte and the Goverment buildings. If you do yoga (Jivamukti) with its excellent teachers is also close. With a monthly pass for just 60 euro, you can do yoga some 5-6 classes per day to choose from! Ohia yoga is closer, as are a number of other great fitness spots such as Ballet or any other fast sweaty workout at John and Jane’s, about a 3 min walk from here. There are supermarkets of all kinds, the big one REWA is at the end of the block and the Bio Company just a stone’s throw from there. Just let me know what your needs are. Oh! And the best swimming pool in Berlin is two blocks from here with 50meter lengths!
