1 room apartment of 70m² in Berlin

Subletting my beautiful and quiet 2 rooms flat with balcony in Neukölln while being away for work. 23.3.-16.5. Friendly neighbors in the house, perfect neighborhood with shops, cafés, bars but still very quiet in the evening once you’re in the apartment. Easy to go anywhere from here. Bus M41 and M43 close by as well as U7/U8 (Station Rathaus Neukölln/ Boddinstr). Not suitable if you have allergies, my dog lives there with me usually. The kitchen is well equipped for daily life.
