Your future apartment is 23 square meters and is on the first floor at the back of the house. Thanks to the windows that open onto the garden, the apartment is pleasantly bright.
Within the house you can reach the stylish, luxuriously furnished apartment via the stairwell or easily via the spacious elevator. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024. From the hallway, which is equipped with a high-quality fitted kitchen, you can reach the comfortable living area and the fully equipped, stylish luxury bathroom. Even the floors in the apartment were completely rebuilt.
Access to the apartment is key-free thanks to the SmartHome system.
FURNISHING:
The high-quality, stylish furnishings are optimally adapted to your needs and offer a pleasant/luxurious feel-good ambience thanks to its stylish and modern furnishings. After a long day at work, you can end the evening in the swimming pool area on the 31st floor or comfortably on the sofa.
You can use the swimming pool after you have borrowed the key for the swimming pool from the gatekeeper during opening hours.
In the evening you can relax from the stressful day in the very comfortable 1.40 m box spring bed. The bed offers enough space for a maximum of 2 people and is already freshly made when you visit. Towels are also provided.
The fully equipped kitchen has a spacious refrigerator with a built-in freezer compartment, a dishwasher and an induction cooker. You can start the day with a delicious slice of toast and coffee. In addition to a coffee machine and toaster, there is also a microwave available. So that you can end your evenings in peace, you have the option of having your laundry dried in one go directly from the washer-dryer after cleaning. The stylish bathroom is equipped with everything you need to relax or start your morning and also boasts a new rain shower.
As a business traveler, you can work very productively even in your home office thanks to the fast WiFi. On the weekends or on a rainy day, you can just lie in bed and stream your favorite series.
If you decide to visit the many delicious restaurants, bars or pubs in Ehrenfeld, just take a quick look in the large mirrored front of the wardrobe to check your outfit before leaving the apartment.
DIRECTIONS:
Your apartment is well connected to public transport, so you can take line 5 from Cologne Central Station to the “Gutenbergstrasse” stop and from there you will be at the entrance to the house within 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can reach this luxurious apartment by car directly via the nearby A57.
REGULATE:
Since parties are not allowed in the apartment, you can rent the in-house party room from the doorman. Like the swimming pool, this is located on the 31st floor of the house.
According to the house rules, the quiet times are from 9:00 . to 7:00 .
No pets allowed in the apartment. Smoking not allowed anywhere in the building.
The house rules, which are available in the information folder in the apartment, must be adhered to.
No commercial photo shoots or videos permitted.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Since great importance is placed on politeness in the house, we also expect you as our guests to be friendly, considerate and helpful towards the residents of the house and also towards the staff who work there.
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned after each tenancy. Nevertheless, it is desirable to treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. This includes regular ventilation and cleaning for longer stays.

Ihr zukünftiges Appartement ist 23 qm groß und liegt im ersten Stock auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Dank der Fenster, welche sich zum Garten hin öffnen lassen, ist die Wohnung angenehm hell.
Innerhalb des Hauses erreichen Sie das stilvoll luxuriös eingerichtete Appartement über das Treppenhaus oder ganz bequem über den geräumigen Aufzug. Das Appartement wurde im Jahr 2024 komplett saniert. Vom Flur aus, welcher mit einer hochwertigen Einbauküche ausgestattet ist, erreichen Sie den komfortablen Wohnbereich und das voll ausgestattete stylische Luxus-Badezimmer. Selbst die Böden im Appartement wurden komplett neu hergestellt.
Der Zutritt zur Wohnung kann dank SmartHome-System schlüsselfrei erfolgen.
AUSSTATTUNG:

Das Schwimmbad können Sie nutzen nachdem Sie beim Pförtner den Schlüssel für das Schwimmbad zu den Öffnungszeiten ausgeliehen hast.
Am Abend können Sie Dich dann in dem sehr bequemen 1,40 m großen Boxspringbett vom stressigen Tag erholen. Das Bett bietet für maximal 2 Personen genügend Platz und ist bei Ihrem Besuch auch bereits frisch bezogen. Handtücher werden ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die voll ausgestattete Einbauküche verfügt über einen geräumigen Kühlschrank mit eingebautem Eisfach, einer Spülmaschine und einem Induktionsherd. Sie können den Start in den Tag bei einer herrlichen Scheibe Toast und Kaffee beginnen lassen. Hierfür steht Ihnen neben Kaffeemaschine und Toaster auch eine Mikrowelle zur Verfügung. Damit Sie Ihre Abende in Ruhe ausklingen lassen können, besteht die Möglichkeit Ihre Wäsche direkt von dem Wasch-Trockner nach der Reinigung in einem Durchgang trocknen zu lassen. Das stylische Bad ist mit allem, was die Seele zum Erholen oder Sie für einen Start in den Morgen brauchen, ausgestattet und besticht zudem mit einer neuen Regendusche.

Ihr Appartement ist gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angeschlossen, sodass Sie vom Kölner Hauptbahnhof mit der Linie 5 zu bis zur Haltestelle „Gutenbergstraße“ fahren und von dort innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Eingang des Hauses sind. Alternativ erreichen Sie dieses luxuriöse Appartement mit Ihrem Auto direkt über die nahegelegene A57.
REGELN:
Da Partys im Appartement nicht erlaubt sind, können Sie beim Pförtner den hauseigenen Partyraum anmieten. Dieser befindet sich, wie das Schwimmbad, in der 31. Etage des Hauses.
Die Ruhezeiten sind laut Hausordnung von 21:00 Uhr bis 07:00 Uhr.
Keine Haustiere im Appartement erlaubt. Rauchen im gesamten Gebäude nicht erlaubt.
Die Hausordnung, welche in der Informationsmappe im Appartement ausliegt, ist einzuhalten.
Keine kommerziellen Fotoshootings oder Videos gestattet.
SONSTIGES:
Da im Haus großer Wert auf Höflichkeit gelegt wird, erwarten wir auch von Ihnen als unsere Gäste einen freundlichen, rücksichtsvollen und hilfsbereiten Umgang gegenüber den Bewohnenden des Hauses und auch gegenüber dem dort arbeitenden Personal.
Das Appartement wird nach jedem Mietverhältnis gründlich gereinigt. Dennoch ist ein pfleglicher Umgang mit dem Appartement und dessen Einrichtung wünschenswert. Hierzu zählen bei längeren Aufenthalten ein regelmäßiges Lüften und Reinigen.
