It is located on the third floor of an old building and occupied with old Frankfurt wooden floorboards. The flat is equipped with everything you need to live, work, or lounge in comfort. The rent includes very fast internet, sat-tv, Cloud, Netflix & Disney, electricity, heat, bike, cleaning and free phone in moor as 60 countries. We usually rent it up to 1 person or a couple. Rental price including everything 1700€ per month. The house is located directly on a beautiful small green park with large chestnut trees. The neighborhood is multicultural, urban and lively. Directly behind our house runs Leipzigerstraße with numerous stores, supermarkets, boutiques, restaurants and cafes from all over the world. The subway is 3 minutes away, the S-Bahn 8 minutes walk. The garden at the back and the square in front of the house are freely accessible. Table tennis and basketball are available. Gym is 5min away. If needed, a bicycle is also part of the rent.
