About the neighbourhood:-- Pankow Niederschönhause, transport accessibility is quite good: 15 minutes walk to S Shönholz, or by tram/bus (runs frequently) 8 minutes to S-U Pankow, from where there is a stable U2 connection + a few more S-Bahns. Or it is also possible to just take M1 Tram directly to the city centre.-- The area is very quiet and green, in two minutes from the house there is a huge park that is amazing for walking a dog, running in the morning or riding a bike.-- Huge REWE 10 mins away, Netto, Rossmann. Several coffee shops and restaurants 5 minutes from the house.About the flat:- 2 separate bedrooms, 1 huge living room with kitchen. - Balkony, bathtup + shower (and a window in the bathroom :)), a place for parking in front of the house, Keller, a small house outside that can also be used for storage (we keep the bike there), fireplace.- The house only has 2 floors and 4 apartments. - The house is fairly new, we are only the third tenants. - Wonderful landlords, a small company with several houses in Berlin.
