The apartment is on the second floor and has a beautiful eat-in kitchen and a west-facing balcony. Heating/electricity as well as internet are included as well as duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels. This interesting apartment has everything you need for everyday life: TV, extra PC flat screen, printer, ironing board/iron, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, gas stove and of course all the crockery etc. In the apartment there are also , desk utensils and city maps etc. available, which can of course be used. Spices, detergents, etc. are also there and should be replaced when used up. Parking is available for a surcharge of EUR 20 per week and is unfortunately limited to a maximum of 4 weeks. However, there is free parking a few streets away. Art work in the apartment is forever evolving. The apartment is not suitable for shared flats.
