The area is very relaxed to live in, there are countless restaurants and cafes as well as one of the largest parks in Berlin just a 10 minute walk away. The popular Mauerpark is also only a 15 minute walk away.

Sie ist 132 Quadratmeter groß und hat eine große Wohnküche und 4 kleine Zimmer sowie 2 Bäder und einen Balkon. Die Gegend ist sehr entspannt zum Wohnen, es gibt unzählige Restaurants und Cafés sowie einen der größten Parks Berlins, der nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Der beliebte Mauerpark ist ebenfalls nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt.
