Our beautiful apartment is located very centrally in Berlin Wilmersdorf, opposite the University of the Arts, next to the Bundeshaus in a top location. In a 2-minute walk you can reach the metro stations U2,U3,U9 Spichernstr. and U1, U9 Kurfürstendamm. This spacious apartment is located on the sixth floor of a residential building and can be reached by lift. It has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker with cups, stove and ceramic hob,kettle and is equipped with all important kitchen utensils. In the living room there is in a small niche a comfortable seating area with table - also usable as a desk - a pull-out couch and a separate sleeping area with a 140 cm bed (incl. bed linen). The Smart TV ( W-Lan available ) is easy to see from the sofa and also from the bed. The apartment has a hallway with shoe chest and bench and a high built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Our small bathroom with window is equipped with a new shower, here there is even a 6 kg AEG washing machine. With us you will find everything that is necessary: from towels, hair dryers, cleaning products, wiper mop, vacuum to iron with ironing board. From the west balcony you can enjoy the view over Berlin life in peace. There is a small balcony table with chairs.
