The buildings, built in the 1950s along the monumental socialist boulevard of East Berlin, are now considered one of the most impressive sights for architecture lovers. Enjoy a modern, comfortable ambience with urban chic in this apartment, which has been exclusively modernised at the beginning of 2018 and leaves nothing to be desired. The centre of the 65 sqm 2-room apartment is the modern kitchen (fully equipped with coffee and espresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, oven, dishes, pots and all important cooking utensils). The bathroom has a spacious bathtub, high-quality sanitary facilities and is very well exposed and ventilated thanks to a large window.
