Sehr großes Haus mit zwei Balkonen, um immer Sonne zu erhaschen. Da ich serh wenig da bin in letzter Zeit möchte ich es temporär vermieten. es gibt ein großes Schlafzimmer,, ein Gästezimmer, Esszimmer, Etage darüber ein großes Wohn-Schlafbereich der ähnlich einem tollen Loft ist. Viel Holz und Behaglichkeit. Fürs Fahrrad ist im Hauseingang Platz. Man ist direkt am Nikolaifriedhof unserer Parkanlage oder am Radweg in alle Richtungen. Die Altstadt ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Aldi, Bäcker, Cafe alles fußläufig. Es wird ebenso privat genutzt und somit wünsche ich mir liebevolle Bewohner die dieses Kleinod zu schätzen wissen.

Very large house with two balconies to always catch the sun. As I am not there much lately I would like to rent it out temporarily. There is a large bedroom, a guest room, dining room, floor above a large living-sleeping area which is similar to a great loft. Lots of wood and cosiness. There is space for a bicycle in the entrance. You are directly at the Nikolai cemetery in our park or on the cycle path in all directions. The old town is only a 5-minute walk away. Aldi, bakery, cafe all within walking distance. It is also used privately and therefore I wish for loving residents who appreciate this gem.
