English: Hi everybody, for rent is our apartment in the 3th floor with all kind of furniture. The duration of the stay is flexible, limited to 1.5 years. Anmeldung possible, all costs included like rent, water, heating, internet, electricity. You have got everything you need close by: Supermarkets, Bars, S-Bahn, Ostkreuz, the lovely water area Rummelsburger Bucht, Treptower park and some typical Berlin clubs to enjoy the nightlife. The apartment has 2 spacious rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a common used room to park the bicycle in the basement. To access the kitchen you need to cross one of the rooms, just for you to know if you want to use it as a shared apartment. Perferct for a single person or a couple or a shared wg if you dont mind that your flatmate crosses your room to get to the kitchen. The apartment has everything you need: a big bed for 2 persons, a couch which you can convert into a bed, fully equipped kitchen and all other kind of normal furniture. Cable tv and internet. Important: No smoking and no pets are allowed. The personal items you see in the fotos will be removed. If you are interested, just write my a message and come along. Best regards German: Hallo zusammen! Wir vermieten unsere toll gelegene, komplett möblierte Wohnung im 3. OG. Mietdauer flexibel, bis ca. 1,5 Jahre. Alle Kosten enthalten für Miete, Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet, TV und Möbel. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei schönen Zimmern, einem Bad, einer hellen Küche, einem Kellerabteil und einem Fahrradabstellabteil im Keller. In die Küche kommt man, indem man eines der Zimmer durchquert, daher ist die Wohnung bedingt WG-geeignet. Ausgetattet ist die Wohnung unter anderem mit einem Doppelbett, einer Schlafcouch, den üblichen Möbeln und kompletter Küchenaustattung und Kabel-TV sowie Internet. In der Miete sind 40 Euro Stromvorauszahlung enthalten. Die persönlichen Gegenstände, die auf den Fotos sichtbar sind werden vor Einzug komplett entfernt. Kein einzelnes Kellerabteil aber ein Kellerraum für die Fahrräder. Rauchen und Haustiere sind nicht möglich in der Wohnung. Bei Interesse einfach bescheid sagen. Schöne Grüße
