There is a nice large bathroom with large comfortably illuminated corner tub, of course also washing machine and in summer also a mobile air conditioning system if necessary. The kitchen is very well equipped. The tasteful ambience is underlined by the numerous paintings and art objects on the walls. With the excellent BOSE hi-fi system in the living room you can really let yourself go here... Wonderfully located on the border of Mitte to Prenzlauer Berg. Wonderfully quiet, but right in the middle of the trendy neighbourhood around Kastanienallee, Oderbergerstr., Mauerpark. The Volkspark on Weinbergsweg and Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz is just a stone's throw away. TIP: The Tower of Zion's Church (right in front of the house) can be climbed on Sundays! From here you have the best view over the city! The Wall Park is a 5-minute walk away. It is probably the most popular attraction in Prenzlauer Berg with its Sunday flea market, open-air karaoke and all other entertainments, especially in summer. Here life vibrates...
