Boasting high-end finishes—ranging from oak parquet flooring and custom built-in wardrobes to a bespoke fitted kitchen with stone countertops, and completed by stylish furnishings—this Tiny House offers every modern comfort within a compact, design-forward space; it is ideal for a couple or a single tenant. The Tiny House features a split-level layout, creating distinct zones for dining, living, and sleeping—the latter incorporating an innovative arrangement that seamlessly integrates a workspace with the sleeping area. The true highlight is the small, tranquil courtyard situated between the main house and the ancient city wall, complemented by two additional balconies located on separate levels. Here, despite being situated right in the heart of the city, you can find a true sense of peace and quiet. The Tiny House is rented fully furnished and fully equipped—meaning it includes kitchen utensils, a fitted kitchen complete with Bosch appliances (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, and induction hob), and a washing machine. Simply arrive, unpack your bags, and feel right at home. The Tiny House is rented on an "all-inclusive" basis. The fixed utility fee covers TV service, internet, heating, and electricity. The only additional cost tenants are required to pay is the individual waste disposal fee. Furthermore, we are happy to offer an optional regular cleaning service for the unit.
