The house offers approx. 120 m² of living space across two floors and accommodates up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms with double beds are located on the ground floor, and an additional bedroom with two single beds is upstairs. A spacious living and dining area with fireplace, Smart TV and dining table for up to 8 people creates a comfortable atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for immediate use. It includes dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and an espresso machine with complimentary coffee. Filtered drinking water is provided free of charge. Two modern bathrooms ensure a high level of comfort. On the ground floor, a large bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower. Upstairs, an additional bathroom with shower. Towels, hairdryer and toiletries are included. A conservatory with seating area and fitness equipment, as well as a private garden with barbecue, offer additional space to relax. The entire house, including the garden, is exclusively available to guests. The location is quiet yet well connected. Train and bus stops are nearby, and shops are within walking distance. The A61 motorway is easily accessible. Cologne approx. 25 minutes, Düsseldorf approx. 35 minutes. Nature, the river Erft, lakes and historic castles are all close by.
