The Bluehome is our home and our family project that we realized from scratch. Bought in 2016, we renovated the 4-storied house from the ground, painted it blue and equipped it stylish and cozy. In the North end of Mannheim´s new business district and only a few walking minutes away from the city center, the location is perfect for business and city travelers. At the same time, it is in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine river promenade, the forest park, a cinder track and basketball courts. Different fitness clubs are close by and we have also prepared a few things in the apartment for you. Services and restaurants are just next door and the place that is probably most popular with business travelers to meet for lunch or dinner, "Gasthaus am Fluss" is only a few hundred meters away. Supermarket, laundry shop and tram station are just at the next corner. In only 3 minutes walking distance you are at the main station where you can shop 7 days per week. On our webpage we have prepared a list of restaurants and bars we like a lot, some of them only a few meters away.You find a supermarket only 100m away and many more just down the street. Wednesday and Saturday is the local farmers market 900m away where you get regional products and find a popular coffee truck meeting point.A bike rental is in front of the house.The apartment is extremely quiet because all rooms and windows are oriented towards the Rhine.
