We are looking for a temporary tenant for our beautiful apartment in Nordend. It is a charming building with many original features such as Frankfurt tiles, stucco, parquet flooring, and high ceilings. The apartment has a large hallway, two spacious, bright rooms, and a separate walk-in closet, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The bathroom and toilet were beautifully renovated not too long ago. The apartment faces the inner courtyard of a block, providing a good buffer from street noise. We are renting out the apartment with all our furniture, so everything you need to live is here :-) Due to the fact that we will also be leaving personal belongings in the apartment during our absence, we are looking for a reliable person/couple who will take good care of our things and, ideally, keep an eye on our plants and the food in the birdhouse :-) You should feel at home here.
