English: The fully equipped apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Everything has really been thought of here. A super comfortable Ruf bed. A large loggia that invites you to linger. Bathroom with bathtub. A small playroom as shown in the pictures, which can be converted into a dressing room if required. (by us, of course) The apartment is generally furnished with new, very high-quality furniture. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator in the building. Shops such as Kaufland and Lidl are less than 200 meters away. The public transport is also easy to reach. There are no parking problems here either. There are enough free parking spaces right by the house. As well as two additional parking spaces. A basement compartment is available if required. Business people, for example, as well as parents with a child (one child) can easily stay here. For a toddler (up to 3 years old) there is a travel cot (including additional mattress), pillow, blanket and bed linen. A high chair, as well as a bathtub. And of course the small playroom (as in the pictures including the toys) Everything is available for free use. We also offer thorough intermediate cleaning. German: Das vollausgestattete Apartment lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es wurde hier wirklich an alles gedacht. Ein super bequemes Bett der Marke Ruf. Eine große Logia die zum verweilen einlädt. Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Ein auf den Bildern zu sehen kleines Spielzimmer, was bei Bedarf zu einem Ankleidezimmer umgestaltet wird. ( von uns natürlich ) Die Wohnung ist allgemein mit neuen, sehr hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Apartment befindet sich im 2 OG. Im Haus gibt es einen Aufzug. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kaufland und Lidl sind keine 200 Meter entfernt. Die öffentlichen sind auch schnell zu erreichen. Parkplatz Probleme gibt es hier auch nicht. Es gibt genug kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Wie auch zwei zusätzliche Parkbuchten. Bei Bedarf steht ein Kellerabteil zur Verfügung. Hier können zb Geschäftsleute, wie auch Eltern mit Kind ( ein Kind ) gut unterkommen. Für ein Kleinkind ( bis 3 Jahren ) gibt es ein Reisebett ( Inkl zusätzlicher Matratze ) Kissen, Decke mit Bettwäsche. Ein Hochstuhl, wie auch eine Badewanne. Und natürlich das kleine Spielzimmer ( wie auf den Bildern inkl den Spielsachen ) Alles zur freien Verfügung. Wir bieten auch gründliche Zwischenreinigung an.
