1 room apartment of 78 m² in Berlin

English: I would like to rent my beautiful top floor flat in the centre of Berlin to a nice person (max. two) from approx. August 2025 to mid-February 2026. The flat is on the fifth floor, without a lift, and has approx. 78m² and two bedrooms with two double beds. It is very flexible, with sliding walls you have the possibility to open or close different rooms (see photos). The flat has an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with frosted glass bricks. The fantastic terrace is large and sunny. In summer it is necessary to water the plants regularly when it is hot. The neighbours are nice and we are a quiet house. The flat is fully furnished and has wifi and everything you need :-) German: Gerne möchte ich meine schöne Dachgeschosswohnung im Zentrum Berlins von ca. August 2025 bis Mitte Februar 2026 an eine nette Person (max. 2) vermieten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der fünften Etage, ohne Aufzug, und hat ca. 78m² und zwei Schlafzimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten. Sie ist sehr flexibel, durch Schiebewände hat man die Möglichkeit unterschiedliche Räume zu öffnen oder zu schließen (siehe Fotos). Die Wohnung verfügt über eine offene Küche und ein Bad mit satinierten Glasbausteinen. Die fantastische Terrasse ist groß und sonnig. Im Sommer ist es notwendig, dass die Planzen regelmäßig gegossen werden, wenn es heiß ist. Die Nachbarn sind nett und wir sind ein ruhiges Haus. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und hat Wifi und alles, was man braucht :-)
