English: This beautiful and bright apartment is located on the 4th floor of a very well kept period building in a cute & super central neighborhood called Moabit/ Tiergarten. The closest Metro stop is Birkenstrasse Underground (U9 line) only 1 minute walk away. From here it's really easy and convenient getting to anywhere as you are in the middle of the city yet in a quiet and charming neighborhood where you can find nice cafes and restaurants, small bars and tons of amenities/ shopping opportunities on either Turmstrasse down the road or at the newly refurbished Brewery complex around the corner which is now a shopping mall with restaurants etc. For a more local experience and great food and food stalls you can go shop at the Arminius market hall which is also close by. From this apartment it's close to the main train station, the government district with all of its sights and Berlin's biggest park called Tiergarten. The apartment itself is really bright as it's on the top floor with unobstructed view into a green area. It gets nice sunlight and has high ceilings and wooden floors. Very quiet location as on the top with hardly any neighbors around and when you open the windows in the summer you have a view into a tree canopy so all you hear is the birds.
