English: Our fully furnished and renovated 2-room apartment in a historic building is located on the 3rd floor and faces south. It is approximately 84 sqm in size and also has a south-facing balcony. On sunny days, you can enjoy the sunshine on the balcony while even having a view of the TV tower. The two main rooms are on the south side and are set up as a bedroom and a living room, with the living room providing access to the balcony. Both rooms are bright, sunny, and have a very cozy atmosphere thanks to the wooden floors and our carpets. The rooms are connected via a spacious hallway, which links them to the kitchen, the bathroom, and the entrance door. Additionally, there is a beautiful wooden door which directly connects the living room to the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom, with natural light, includes a shower, bathtub, washbasin with a large mirror, and a washing machine. German: Unsere vollmöblierte und sanierte 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung befindet sich in der 3.Etage und ist zur Südseite ausgerichtet. Sie ist ca. 84qm groß und hat zusätzlich einen Balkon Richtung Süden. An schönen Tagen kann man so auf dem Balkon die Sonne genießen und hat dabei sogar einen Blick auf den Fernsehturm. Die zwei Haupträume befinden sich auf der Südseite und sind als Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer eingerichtet, wobei vom Wohnzimmer der Zugang zum Balkon erfolgt. Die beiden Zimmer sind hell, sonnig und haben mit dem Holzboden und unseren Teppichen einen sehr gemütlichen Flair. Die Zimmer sind über einen großen Flur erreichbar, der die Zimmer mit der Küche, dem Bad und der Eingangstür verbindet. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind zusätzlich noch direkt über eine große schöne Holztür verbunden, die wir meist geöffnet lassen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und im Tageslicht-Bad ist neben der üblichen Ausstattung (Dusche/Badewanne/Waschbecken inkl. großer Spiegel) auch eine Waschmaschine.
