Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 50 m² in Mainz

English: Hello everyone, we are traveling for four months and would like to sublet our apartment in the old town of Mainz during this period.
The apartment is divided into a bedroom, living room, large kitchen and bathroom. The large windows in the bedroom and living room let a lot of light into the rooms! There is also a small balcony off the living room with a view of Mainz city center. The living room has a couch and a work corner with docking station (if desired).
Due to the current furnishings, the apartment is suitable for a couple or a single person. Unfortunately, it cannot be turned into a shared flat. Most of the kitchen equipment will remain inside. The apartment is therefore ready for you to move in :)
The stated utilities include electricity, gas, water, internet, house cleaning and more.
There are several supermarkets such as Rewe, Penny or Lidl in the immediate vicinity. There are also countless restaurants, street food stores and bakeries just a few meters away. So you can reach everything on foot. The weekly market in Mainz is also just a short walk away.
The main train station is a 10-minute walk away. Public transport is directly accessible from Münsterplatz, Schillerplatz and Neubrunnenplatz. The Rhine is also just a short walk away for a pleasant stroll.
German: Hallo Zusammen, wir gehen für vier Monate auf Reise und wollen in dem Zeitraum unsere Wohnung in der Mainzer Altstadt untervermieten.
Die Wohnung ist in Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, eine große Küche und Badezimmer unterteilt. Durch die großen Fenster in Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer kommt viel Licht in die Räume! Es gibt auch einen kleinen Balkon am Wohnzimmer mit Blick in die Mainzer Innenstadt. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Couch und eine Arbeitsecke mit Docking-Station (falls gewünscht).
Durch die momentane Einrichtung, ist die Wohnung für ein Paar oder eine Einzelperson geeignet. Eine WG lässt sich daraus leider nicht machen. Küchenausstattung wird zum größten Teil drinnen bleiben. Die Wohnung ist für euch somit einzugsbereit :)
In den angegebenen Nebenkosten sind Strom, Gas, Wasser, Internet, Hausreinigung und weiteres enthalten.
Es sind mehrere Supermärkte wie Rewe, Penny oder Lidl in direkter Umgebung. Auch unzählige Restaurants oder Streetfood-Läden und Bäckereien sind ein paar Meter entfernt. Ihr könnt also alles zu Fuß erreichen. Beim Mainzer Wochenmarkt ist man auch schnell.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der ÖPNV ist vom Münster-, Schiller- und Neubrunnenplatz direkt erreichbar. Für schöne Spaziergänge ist man auch in kurzer Zeit am Rhein.
