English: We are moving abroad for a year, and therefore we are looking for a couple to sublet our beautiful flat. The 2-room flat is fully equipped with everything you need to arrive and feel at home. The flat is quietly located on the first floor in the rear building. It is a charming old building flat that has been recently renovated and has a beautiful parquet floor. The large living room has a cozy couch, a large dining table, a TV, a projector, a record player, a vintage hi-fi system, a piano, and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, food processor, and many gadgets for coffee/tea lovers and cooks. The cozy bedroom has a double bed with a natural latex mattress and storage space, as well as a motorized bar table. There is a spacious wardrobe area in the hallway next to the bathroom. The large, bright bathroom has a large bathtub with a rain shower and a washing machine. The lamps in the flat are also smart and can remain so if desired. German: Da wir voraussichtlich für ein Jahr im Ausland sein werden, suchen wir ein Paar, um unsere schöne Wohnung unterzumieten. Die 2-Zimmer-Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, mit allem, was ihr braucht, um anzukommen und euch zuhause zu fühlen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen im ersten Stock im Hinterhaus. Es ist eine charmante Altbauwohnung, die vor kurzem renoviert wurde und einen schönen Parkettboden hat. Das große Wohnzimmer hat eine gemütliche Couch, einen großen Esstisch, TV, Projektor, Plattenspieler, Vintage-Hifi-System, Klavier und mehr. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit großem Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach, Gasherd, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Küchenmaschine und vielen Gadgets für Kaffee-/Tee-Liebhaber und Köche. Das gemütliche Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett mit Naturlatexmatratze und Stauraum, sowie einen motorisierten Stehtisch. Im Flur neben dem Bad gibt es einen geräumigen Kleiderbereich. Das große, helle Bad hat eine große Badewanne mit Regendusche und eine Waschmaschine. In der Wohnung sind die Lampen auch smart gemacht und auf Wunsch kann das auch so bleiben.
