3 rooms apartment of 82m² in Munich

Due to a work -related stay abroad, I am subletting my bright 3-room flat for 3.5 months (15 November 2025 - 28 February 2025). The flat was completely renovated in 2021, including the bathrooms, new parquet floors and a new kitchen. The flat was also refurnished to a high standard in 2025. The flat has a very good layout, a separate toilet and an en-suite bathroom. Not visible in the pictures is a separate work area with a large desk (220 cm) in the children's room/study. Some personal items such as books, a few drawers and some office documents will remain in the flat. However, several wardrobes, chests of drawers and sideboards will be cleared for use. There is also a shared, lockable bicycle garage in the courtyard. All necessary furniture, kitchen utensils and (entertainment) electronics are provided in the flat. This includes Wi-Fi (100 Mbit), washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, smart TVs, projector, computer monitor, crockery, kitchen appliances, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner and, if required, bed linen and towels. The bed measures 160 cm x 200 cm. The apartment is located in a very quiet side street directly at Rotkreuzplatz. The U1 Rotkreuzplatz is just as several bus stops and the streetcar line 12 in 2 minutes on foot. Also a supermarket, banks, post offices and bakeries are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 6-story apartment building. Since the apartment has windows to the street as well as to the courtyard, you have both morning and evening sun. The balcony has a very nice south-west orientation.
