Hi everyone, I’d like to sublet my beautiful apartment in the vibrant Samariterkiez to someone trustworthy. It is available from January 21st to March 2nd. Apartment: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a charming old building and features high ceilings, beautiful mosaic parquet flooring, lots of natural light, and a balcony (even though it’s less relevant in winter). I moved in this August and have lovingly renovated the place since then. With plenty of plants, some artwork, and tasteful pops of color, it’s the perfect space for cozy winter days. The apartment is fully furnished and offers everything you need for daily life – fast internet, a washing machine, and a dishwasher are also included. Location: Samariterkiez is known for its lively atmosphere, numerous small cafés, excellent restaurants, and cozy bars. Supermarkets, parks, and public transport (U5, tram, and S-Bahn) are all just a few minutes' walk away. Additional Information: My neighbors are very quiet and helpful in case you have any questions. Bed linens and towels are, of course, included, as well as a workspace with a monitor that you can use. The rent is €1,100 per month. For six weeks, the rent totals €1600.
