Now it has been completely converted into a stylish 40 square metre one-room loft. A dining room with a small kitchen, living area (sofa bed) and a small bedroom. Quiet in the green and yet in the centre of the city. 10 minutes by bus from the main railway station. To Friedrichstraße 5 min, Brandenburger Tor 12 min by underground. Ideal for exploring the city. The accommodation: The sofa in the living area can be pulled out and offers two additional sleeping possibilities. (On request). Further important information: Important: There is one bedroom with one bed. For additional guests, the sofa can be pulled out to sleep two more people. As this is a loft/studio, there are no doors between the individual areas (except for the bathroom, of course). German: Erlebe Berlin im neu umgebauten Loft. Hier wurde um 1900 Baumwolle & Draht produziert und bis vor 3 Jahren noch Autoteile gelagert. Nun wurde es komplett zu einer stylisches knapp 40 qm ein Zimmer Loft umgebaut. Ein Esszimmer mit kleiner Küche, Wohnbereich (Schlafcouch) und ein kleines Schlafzimmer. Ruhig im grünen und trotzdem mitten in der Stadt. Vom Hauptbahnhof 10 Min per Bus zu erreichen. Zur Friedrichstraße 5 min, Brandenburger Tor 12 min mit der U-Bahn. Ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft: Das im Wohnbereich befindliche Sofa kann ausgezogen werden und bietet zwei weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten. (Auf Anfrage). Weitere wichtige Hinweise: Wichtig: Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett. Für weitere Gäste kann die Couch ausgezogen werden und damit können zwei weitere Personen schlafen. Da es sich um ein Loft / Studio handelt gibt es keine Türen zwischen den einzelnen Bereichen (außer zum Bad natürlich).
