English: Due to my stay abroad, I am offering my apartment fully furnished and fully equipped for temporary subletting.
There are two rooms plus a bathroom and gallery, the kitchenette is connected to the living/dining area.
The apartment is on the 5th floor, an elevator takes you to the 4th floor.
The sublease is in advance. possible for 3 months from January, an extension up to 6 months is possible if necessary.
The apartment is in a very central location in Maxvorstadt, close to the university.
It is an extension of an old building, first occupancy in May 2024.
Viewing is possible by arrangement.
Flat rate rental price including additional costs, electricity billing based on consumption.

Es handelt sich um zwei Zimmer zzgl. Bad und Galerie, die Küchenzeile ist am Wohn-/Essbereich angeschlossen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5.OG, ein Aufzug führt bis ins 4.OG.
Die Untermiete ist vorauss. ab Januar für 3 Monate möglich, ggf. ist eine Verlängerung auf bis zu 6 Monate möglich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage in der Maxvorstadt, direkte Uninähe.
Es handelt sich um die Aufstockung eines Altbaus, Erstbezug Mai 2024.
Besichtigung ist gern nach Absprache möglich.
Mietpreis pauschal inkl. Nebenkosten, Stromabrechnung nach Verbrauch.
